Dear Family & Friends,

We hope this newsletter finds you doing well, enjoying the Fall Season and getting ready to celebrate the Holidays.

After a challenging couple of years with personal health issues, we are happy to report, through God’s grace and mercy, that we have mended and are looking forward to the next season of life…..in Atlanta, Georgia!

In October we made the move to the historic small town of Roswell where the two of us met 20 years ago and were married.  Part of the good news…..we are 2,200 miles closer to our kids in Kayamandi, South Africa with plans for a 2020 trip (stay tuned)!

As the photos above will attest, our kids are growing and have adapted well to their Tapestry Homes Family.  There are still emotional scars and challenges for each of the children, for sure, given the difficult living conditions from which they came.  But with the guidance and love of our local Home From Home partners, and your continued support, our kids are making great strides.

Hard to believe, but it has been 12 years since we built the first Tapestry Home in 2007, and it is time to make extensive repairs and improvements to upgrade the homes and property for the next season.  This month, we embarked on a major improvement campaign led by our local construction partner, William Loedolff, and our Home From Home Team.

Improvements underway include: new and improved security fencing and lighting; exterior and interior painting; new flooring and granite counter tops; new walkways and upgraded play equipment; plumbing, electrical and cabinetry repairs and upgrades; new built-in study desks; and new appliances, furniture and furnishings.

Thank You!

Stay tuned for photos of the completed improvements.  We are grateful for your continued prayers and financial support, without which none of this would be possible.  From the two of us, and on behalf of our Home From Home and all our local partners, “thank you” for all you do to make an eternal difference in the lives of the Tapestry Homes kids.

With love and blessings,

Cliff and Rose
